“I want to touch people’s hearts

Speaking about the upcoming event, Halperin emphasizes that his goal is not only to showcase the richness of colors, textures, and embroideries, but also to deliver a message of togetherness and hope.

– In recent years, I’ve come to see fashion as an opportunity to unite people and move them emotionally. Of course, I want to create excitement around the clothes — the colors, the textures, the embroideries, and the details but more than anything, I want to touch people’s hearts. Especially in Paris, I see this show as a gathering with a message of hope: the chance to come together, acknowledge the challenges we face, and still move forward with the spirit of new beginnings.

Fashion = love

Unlike many designers who try to balance between personal expression and global trends, Halperin dismisses the very idea of “challenge.”

– I feel very fortunate that I don’t see this as a challenge. I refuse to think of fashion in terms of chasing trends or obstacles. For me, it’s simply about making beautiful clothes while staying focused on the woman who wears them her life, her needs, her joy. I choose to inspire myself, my team, and hopefully, the customer. It’s not about challenge, it’s about love.

A reflection of 2025

When asked how fashion reflects the society we live in, Halperin highlights the symbolism of beauty in uncertain times:

– That’s such a powerful question. With everything happening in the world — the conflicts, the uncertainty I often ask myself about the purpose of fashion and even the purpose of a fashion show. My conclusion is that fashion, like music or art, is a tool. It brings beauty into the world, and beauty has the power to unite us. And there’s no place more symbolic of that than Paris. This collection is a reminder that we all start from one, and that unity is something we must hold on to.

Hôtel de Maisons as Eden

The inspiration for this collection came directly from the venue itself. Halperin reveals that Hôtel de Maisons, with its iconic blue doors and lush gardens, immediately evoked the image of Eden:

– As a designer, I’m always searching for that magical moment of inspiration. For this collection, it happened the moment I walked into Hôtel de Maisons. I didn’t just see it as a venue I felt it as a source of inspiration. Entering through the blue doors into the garden, I immediately imagined Eden. I wanted to capture both the soul of the house itself and the beauty of its gardens the interiors, the sounds of birds, the sense of sanctuary and translate that spirit into the runway.

The universal language of fashion

Reflecting on the pivotal moments of his career, Halperin explains that it was not a single collection but world events that reshaped his perspective:

– The most defining moment for me was not tied to a specific collection, but to world events. It made me deeply reflect on the role of fashion, art, and music in such times. I realized how vital they are in lifting us up and giving hope—they speak a universal language. It didn’t change my aesthetic, but it profoundly deepened my understanding of fashion’s purpose, giving me renewed motivation and inspiration for the work I do

Halperin’s message ahead of his Paris show is clear: fashion is not only about clothing, but about creating a space for connection, inspiration, and the renewal of hope. His collection at Hôtel de Maisons will not just be a presentation of design, but an emotional gathering where beauty is celebrated as the universal language.

Uoči revije u Parizu 3. oktobra, dizajner Kobi Halperin ekskluzivno za čitaoce magazina LA VIE EN ROSE otkriva na koji način moda prevazilazi granice estetike i postaje most između ljudi, emocija i vremena u kojem živimo.

Njegova nova kolekcija biće prikazana u prostoru Hôtel de Maisons, čiju je atmosferu pretvorio u izvor inspiracije.

“Želim da dotaknem srca“

Govoreći o predstojećem događaju, Halperin naglašava da njegov cilj nije samo da prikaže raskoš boja, tekstura i veza, već da publici prenese osećaj zajedništva i nade.

– Posladnjih godina, modu sam počeo da doživljavam kao priliku da ujedinim ljude i da ih emotivno pokrenem. Naravno, želim da stvorim uzbuđenje oko komada, ali više od svega želim da dotaknem srca ljudi. Posebno u Parizu, ova revija za mene je okupljanje uz poruku koja budi nadu, priliku da se suočimo sa izazovima i nastavimo napred.

Moda = ljubav

Za razliku od mnogih dizajnera koji tragaju za balansiranjem između ličnog izraza i globalnih trendova, Halperin odbacuje ideju “izazova“.

– Za mene moda nije trka za trendovima. Ona je ljubav. Reč je o stvaranju lepih odevnih komada i o ženi koja ih nosi, o njenom životu, potrebama i radosti. Moj cilj je da inspirišem sebe, svoj tim i na kraju, kupca.

Kolekcija kao ogledalo 2025. godine

Na pitanje kako moda odražava društvo u kojem živimo, Halperin ističe simboliku lepote u nesigurnim vremenima:

– Često se pitam o svrsi mode, posebno u trenutnom svetu punom neizvesnosti i konflikata. Moj odgovor je da je moda, kao i muzika ili umetnost, alat koji unosi lepotu. A lepota ima moć da nas ujedini. Nema boljeg mesta od Pariza da se to pokaže. Ova kolekcija podseća da svi potičemo od istog izvora i da je jedinstvo vrednost koju moramo da čuvamo.

Hôtel de Maisons kao rajski vrt

Inspiracija za kolekciju proizašla je iz samog prostora u kojem će biti prikazana. Dizajner otkriva da ga je Hôtel de Maisons, sa svojim plavim vratima i vrtovima, podsetio na rajski vrt:

– Kada sam kročio unutra, prostor nisam video samo kao lokaciju, već kao izvor inspiracije. Zamišljao sam rajski vrt (Eden). Želeo sam da prenesem dušu kuće, lepotu vrtova, unutrašnjost, zvuke ptica, osećaj utočišta i da sve to pretočim u reviju.

Univerzalni jezik mode

Govoreći o najvažnijim trenucima u karijeri, Halperin ističe da su upravo svetski događaji oblikovali njegovu svest o ulozi mode.

– Shvatio sam koliko su moda, umetnost i muzika ključni u teškim vremenima. Oni nas podižu i daju nadu, jer govore univerzalnim jezikom. Nije mi promenilo estetiku, ali mi je produbilo razumevanje svrhe mode i dalo novu motivaciju i inspiraciju za ono što radim.

Poruka dizajnera uoči revije u Parizu je jasna: moda nije samo garderoba, već prostor za povezivanje, inspiraciju i obnovu vere u zajedništvo. Njegova kolekcija u Hôtel de Maisons neće biti samo predstavljanje dizajna, već i emotivni susret u kojem se lepota slavi kao univerzalni jezik.
